This deliverable presents, in a first part, on overview of the finalised datasets on regulations affecting the deployment of and public acceptance of wind energy in Europe. Key areas covered include wind energy zones, setback distances from residential areas and other types of infrastructure, noise limits, shadow flicker, and financial compensation schemes. Moreover, concerning job creation, the model defined in D2.9 has been ported to python and we have developed a python package that can be used stand alone or integrated in the WIMBY interactive map. The model can estimate direct, indirect and induced job creation for each stage in the lifetime (development, construction, manufacturing, operation and maintenance and decommissioning) of individual wind farms based on data that is publicly available in scientific and grey literature.
